Some clients phone to enquire about options that fit with their timeframe and the amount they have to invest.

Summit provide unique packages for their clients including syndications for developments or construction. These are invitation only, not public offerings and generally only offered to experienced investors, or those who stipulate that they wish to be made aware of syndications as they arise.

Syndications are done formally, with a part ownership of a particular project, not merely raising funds and offering 10%. It is actual profit share.
